As you know, the City deducts the health premiums out of 24 checks per year. In the past the third check of the month has been determined by pay date.
Starting January 2020 this will change to use the pay period end date instead.
In 2020 the checks without health premiums are February 7 and August 7, 2020.
Heath Premium examples: Medical, Dental, Long Term Disability, Life Insurance, FSA Dependent and Medical Care.
