Experience Roseville's railroad history

The City of Roseville and the Union Pacific Railroad share an incredible slice of American history. The growth of both of these institutions pivoted on the development of the Transcontinental Railroad.

Come explore a dynamic exhibit that investigates this history. “Experience the Union Pacific Rail Car” is a brand new, multi-media walk-through exhibition that provides a glimpse at the past while telling the story of modern-day railroading. Through sound, images and interactive technology, rail fans will see how Union Pacific is building America in their communities and throughout the world.

The railcar exhibit will be visiting downtown Roseville tomorrow, Tuesday, April 23, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., stationed on the rails at the corner of Vernon and Atlantic StreetsCome to downtown Roseville and you'll discover this history is still alive today. Free parking is available throughout downtown. Additional, free, public parking is available in the Oak Street and Vernon Street parking garages.
