During the week of May 13, you will begin to see ERP training assigned to you in RoseU based on your role in the new system. For example, if you need to access the system to complete HR or Benefits-related transactions you will be assigned the HR/Benefits Employee Self-Service Training. In addition to HR-related transactions, if you also require access to process purchase requisitions for your department, you will be assigned both HR/Benefits Employee Self-Service and Procurement Training.
You must complete the required training in order to gain access to the system. Assigned training with a due date of July 1 is mandatory. We will be providing completion reports to management on a regular basis to monitor the completion of training up through the go-live on July 1.
You may choose to complete the training assigned to you in two different ways:
• Complete the assigned Computer-Based Training independently in RoseU prior to the due date,
•
OR, you may attend an in-person session of your assigned training during the weeks of
June 3 and June 10. In-person sessions will cover the Computer-Based Training (CBT) in a group setting. If you choose to attend an in-person session, you will sign in and receive credit for your training in RoseU. You do not need to sign-up for these sessions, however, space will be limited for sessions held in a computer lab. To view the location of the training, please view the Training Schedule (link below).
Please visit the ERP Training webpage for training resources and information.
