New Employee Assistance Program to begin June 1

Updated May 19, 2020

Beginning June 1, 2020, Anthem EAP will be the new Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider for the City of Roseville.

The EAP is a City-paid benefit that offers the support and resources you need to address any personal challenges and/or concerns that may affect your personal well-being and/or work performance. It is confidential and free to employees as well as your eligible household family members, including spouses, dependent children, parents and parents-in-law.

Members will still have access to six (6) in-person or online visits through LiveHealth Online, per issue, per year. Other highlights of the program include:

  • Legal Consultations
  • Financial Consultations
  • ID Recovery
  • And More

Introducing LiveHealth Online

With Anthem EAP, you will now have access to private and convenient virtual sessions through LiveHealth Online. Available by computer, tablet or smartphone, LiveHealth Online is available in all 50 states and appointments are available within four (4) days. You can access LiveHealth Online by visiting www.livehealthonline.com or downloading the LiveHealth Online app on your mobile device.

Transitioning from MHN EAP

While Anthem EAP is available starting June 1, MHN will continue in place until June 30 to allow members time to transition services. If you are currently utilizing EAP services provided by our former vendor, MHN, you may continue to work with their counselors and other service providers until those services are completed.

Once services are exhausted through MHN, you can call Anthem EAP for any new EAP-related needs. To confirm if a provider is in the Anthem EAP network, visit www.AnthemEAP.com and log in. You may also contact Human Resources for a copy of current Anthem EAP providers in the area.
