On Monday, March 16, we will be launching the next citywide employee cybersecurity training campaign. This training will be available to all staff until April 30.
This is a very simple eLearning program on the KnowBe4 platform that employees can complete in less than an hour.
In order to fully leverage the reporting and tracking
capabilities of the KnowBe4 platform, we will not be using
TargetSolutions for this training. Each employee will receive an
email from “City of Roseville [email protected]”.
The goal is to make this as easy as possible while still creating awareness and expanding knowledge on Cybersecurity.
Employees do have the option to complete the training over the period of the campaign. All material needs to be completed by April 30.
The training material will cover four subject areas:
1. Social Engineering Red Flags (15 min)
2. Common Threats (14 min)
3. Your Role: Internet Security and You (13 min)
4. Social Media: Staying Secure in a Connected World (8 min)
To maximize the benefit of this training, our goal is to have 100% participation and completion.
