The IT Service Desk will be staffed during the City holiday December 24, 2019 through January 1, 2020.
For those who are working during the break, IT Service Desk will be have technician’s available to answer your calls. It will be business as usual, except on December 25 and January 1.
A technician will be available by calling after hours support at 916-780-4357 for emergencies only.
If you are not working during the break, this is a good time to schedule your computer replacement or upgrade to Windows 10 by contacting the Service Desk.
