Traditions are created for families, often times, really big families. That’s why the managers at Roseville Electric started a recent morning shift just a bit earlier than normal.
At 5:30 a.m., they gathered to cook breakfast for their crews, all to say “Thank you for doing such a great job. Thanks for being such a great team.” It’s a growing tradition, one decade in the making. This is the tenth year that the managers have provided breakfast to the team members.
Before the sun started to rise, the eggs and bacon were on the grill waiting for the crews to arrive. Michelle Bertolino, Todd White, Shawn Matchim, and Paul Cummings put on their aprons and cooked up a feast for the crews and office staff alike.
