There's still time to be a part of REACH

There's still time to be a part of REACH

You can still jump on board!  There are less than 2 more weeks left for you to be a participant in this year's REACH program! For those of you who are not familiar with REACH, let me explain. REACH stands for Roseville Employees Annual Charitable Hearts.

It’s an easy and convenient way for City employees to donate to their favorite charity.

Here’s how it works

  1. Select a charity from the attached list that is closest to your heart. It’s OK to choose more than one.
  2. Decide the amount you would like to donate to your selected charity. This can either be an annual or a one-time donation.
  3. Fill out the attached pledge form and submit to your EU representative– it’s that easy.

Donations can be as minimal as $1 per paycheck…you may think that doesn’t sound like much, but collectively our dollars make a HUGE difference! Regardless of the amount you choose, it will be helpful to the REACH program.

Your donation will automatically be deducted from your paycheck and will reflect on your W-2 at the end of the year so at tax time you don’t have to scrounge up those lost receipts you stuck somewhere but now cannot recall where you stuck them (am I the only one that does that?).

Your REACH EU representatives include Linda York, Larry Winter, and Pam Wingo. If you would like to participate in the REACH program, please have your completed and signed a pledge form to us by March 15th and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have regarding the campaign.

We thank you, in advance, for your generosity. If you have any questions, please click on the name of the REACH Committee Representative in your department:
