Cranes will lift the Rube Nelson Ice House Bridge to its final location on Thursday, Dec. 20 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m.
During the move, a portion of the Oak Street roundabout will be closed. Detour signs will direct vehicles around the closed area. See the map below.
Once the project is completed in spring 2019, the bridge will connect a multi-use trail across Dry Creek. You’ll be able to walk, bike, and run along 6 continuous miles of trail from Sierra College Boulevard to Darling Way.
